Hello critters!


I don’t know about you but sometimes I struggle with taking good care of myself and nurturing my body and soul. When 2020 started, I thought this is the year I establish healthy boundaries for myself. And it has somewhat worked but I’m also aware that I still have a long way to go. Practicing self-care isn’t easy and I need reminders of what I should be doing to help me feel more at peace and less anxious. Am I the only one who buys tons of notebooks with the goal of getting my shit together but then stops using them after a little while and ends back up at square one? Setting up routines for myself shouldn’t be so hard for my Capricorn sun but my Pisces moon likes to go with the flow so… that’s fun 🙃

These past few weeks have had my brain feeling particularly stressed for many different reasons. During my most recent therapy sessions (thank Chiron for therapy), I was told that I should take time for myself and do what feels right for me. So I'm making a list and checking it twice, I'm gonna find out what's pretty and nice, Self-a Care is coming to town.



These lists are tailored to my tastes and the privileges I can afford. I acknowledge how lucky I am to even be able to care for myself that way. They're for my personal use and not to flaunt my riches (not that I'm remotely close to the level of insensitivity of the Kardashians... *hum hum* smh... but still). If you're in a position where you're able to practice self-care and feel inspired by these lists, I'd love to know what yours would be 🥰
